  • Certificate of Participation: After attending an activity, participants are given a certificate detailing the number of CPD points awarded.
  • Verification: These points are logged with the appropriate professional body, such as the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB), or another certifying organization.
📌 Important: Always ensure you receive your certificate of participation within 14 business days after the event.
3 When do CPD points become important?

License Renewal: In Kenya, medical laboratory professionals going forward will be required to earn a certain number of CPD points annually to renew their practice license through KMLTTB. As per the regulations/policy at KMLTTB, is 50 points.
