To strengthen laboratory skills in diagnosing antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) when prolonged aPTT does not correct on mixing studies.

Key Objectives:
1. Explain causes of prolonged aPTT with non-correction.
2. Outline key laboratory tests used in APS diagnosis.
3. Promote accurate interpretation and reporting of APS results.
